To view NRLN Grassroots Network State and District Leaders, select the region from the list below and the list of states and congressional districts for that region will appear. The first line shows the Region Leader. The State designation (i.e., CT) shows the state leader. The District designation (i.e., CT01) shows the Congressional District. A designation of 'AL' means At Large.
If you live in a State or District where a leader is not identified and would like to volunteer to serve as a leader, send an email to Bob Martina, NRLN Vice President, Grassroots Network at email@example.com .

There are three good resources for identifying members of Congress by State and District:1) Go to this NRLN web site and pick out your state. All of your state's congressmen will be shown along with a lot of info on them. Click on a face of the one you want.https://www.nrln.org/SE.html/congresslegs.html#/legislators/
2) A zip code congressional district lookup. http://www.house.gov/representatives/find/
3) Congressional District Maps can be obtained for the whole state or individual districts at https://www.census.gov/geo/maps-data/maps/reference-cd115.html
